Numerous calls for help from students and academics from Ukraine have reached the University of Lübeck. We would like to support the people affected by the war quickly and unbureaucratically. Solidarity and cohesion can achieve a lot at this time. On this portal you will find all information about support offers and tips for voluntary commitment. This page will be updated continuously.

We warmly welcome the students and researchers from Ukraine whose lives are currently threatened by the war to the University of Lübeck. We express our solidarity with the affected population and stand by their side.

Scholarships awarded within the framework of the emergency aid programme to support refugee academics from Ukraine

From the funds of the emergency program for the support of refugee scientists from Ukraine, the university provides scholarships for the support of scientists who have at least an academic master’s degree coming from Ukraine. Funding is provided for research projects at an institute or clinic of the University of Lübeck, which are carried out in coordination with a scientific host.
