  • Advanced psychological principles of food intake
  • Advanced mpirical methods to investigate the eating behavior
  • Advanced theoretical principles of pathological nutrition
  • Pre- and intervention techniques for healthy nutrition behavior (advanced)
  • Health psychology and Food intake (advanced level)
  • Nutritional Marketing, food preference and food choice (advanced level)
  • Social and cultural components of nutrition behavior (advanced level)
  • Acquisition of basic concepts, theories and empirical findings of nutrition psychology
  • Introduction to the empirical methods of eating behavior
  • Understanding the basic and extended theories about pathological eating behavior, such as bulimia and obesity
  • Understanding the basic principles of motivational psychology and learning theories and the ability to link those to the psychology of hunger, satiety and thirst
  • Understanding psychological theories to reason the intervention techniques
  • Introduction to the nutritional marketing, food preference and food choice
  • Ability to communicate (present and discuss in groups) current empirical works
