09.10.2019 - Election documents were redistributed!


Your election documents for the DFG Review Board Election 2019 should now be available for you in your institute's office.


If you do not receive any election documents, please contact dfg.wahl(at)uni-luebeck(dot)de !

Individuals personally qualified to vote are:

a) researchers who have successfully passed an oral doctoral exam (or a recognised comparable degree examination) before the first day of the voting period, and
b) professors (including junior professors),


provided they work in scientific or academic research on, but not limited to, the first day of the voting period.

Please bear in mind that these requirements may also be met if you are not employed at the University of Lübeck (e.g. scholarship holders, guest researchers, etc.).


 

02.09.2019 - Redistribution of election documents

Until 09 October, the election documents will be redistributed to the eligible voters via the offices of the institutes and clinics.
Please inquire there about your voting documents.
If you do not receive any voting documents, please contact the election office for further verification!

In week 41 the election office (Haus 1, Raum 123) is opened as followed:
Monday, 07.10., 14-16 Uhr
Tuesday, 08.10., 13-15 Uhr
Wednesday, 09.10., 14-16 Uhr
Thursday, 10.10., 10-12 Uhr
At these times no appointment arrangement is necessary. Individual appointments are possible after consultation.
