Attention: the application deadline for summer semester 2024 is 15.11.23 to 15.01.24

1st semester, State board examination in medicine and bachelor’s degree

At our Universität zu Lübeck, you can commence your studies in the winter semester only.

Application deadline: 15.07.

1st semester for master’s programme

You can apply for the winter or summer semester to commence studying Computational Life Science, Media Informatics, Entrepreneurship in Digital technologies, Medical Engineering, Medical Informatics, Molecular Life Science, Robotics and Autonomous Systems and Informatics.

Application deadline for the winter semester: 15 July
Application deadline for the summer semester: 15 January

You can apply for the winter semester only to commence studies in Biophysics, Infection Biology, Nutritional Medicine (MEW) and Psychology.

Application deadline: 15 July

Higher semesters

You may apply for admission to a higher semester in winter or summer.

Application deadline for the winter semester: 15 July
Application deadline for the summer semester: 15 January

Higher semester in medical school

Winter semester: 15 July
Applications for the 3rd semester (preclinic)
Applications for any post-clinical semester (after the 3rd semester)

Summer semester: 15 January
Applications for the 2nd and 4th semester (preclinic)
Applications for any clinical semester

Please note that you can apply for the 1st and 2nd clinical semester only in the summer, but in winter or summer after the 3rd clinical semester.
